Functions and Features:
-Feeding, folding and forming fully-automatic
- Automatic counting, bilateral product placement and lineup output;
- Tool-steel inclined-knife for cutting; Vacuum absorption folding method (Roots vacuum pump absorption system);
- Feed releasing controlled by pneumatic expansion shaft with magnetic powder brake;
-Steel-rubber roller pair embossing structure that ensures clear patterns;
-Frequency conversion variable speed motor for speed regulation.
Production Process:
Loading small material rolls cross folding (overlapping) forming.
Optional Modules:
1. Panasonic transducer and PLC control system;
2. Feed-breakup auto stop function, which prevents rejections caused by aluminum foil or feed breakups;
